Clinica San Miguel is a multi-specialty family medicine practice with 19 locations across Texas, including nine in Dallas, seven in Houston, and three in San Antonio. With bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking providers, the practice is uniquely positioned to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to Hispanic communities throughout the state.
Founded in 2015 with the opening of its first location under the name Alianza Medica Hispana, Clinica San Miguel has since expanded significantly to better serve patients ages five and older across Texas.
What sets Clinica San Miguel apart is its ability to provide a wide range of medical services—all under one roof. From preventive care and acute illness treatment to chronic disease management, the clinic ensures every patient receives high-quality, personalized care. The physicians are also trained to perform procedures such as abscess drainage, electrocardiograms (EKGs), ultrasounds, and bloodwork on-site for added convenience.

Clinica San Miguel operates under the supervision of licensed physicians, including Dr. Kimberly Dunn, MD, whose main office is located at 330 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX 77055, and Dr. Dallas Alvey, MD, whose primary office is at 5712 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77036. Together, they oversee the medical team and mid-level providers to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
